The following persons will be known increased risk of HCV infection:

     Current or former injecting drug users, including those who injected only once many years ago who
     Recipient of clotting factor concentrates before 1987, when the manufacture of these products, development of more advanced
     Prior to July 1992, the recipient, when better testing of blood donors may be blood transfusion or solid organ transplantation
     Chronic hemodialysis patients
    With the HCV, the known risks of people, such as *
          healthcare workers needlesticks involving hepatitis C virus-positive blood
          blood or organ donors from whom hepatitis C virus antibody positive
     Children born of mothers positive for hepatitis C virus
