METHOD OF OPERATION
Manipulation carried out by pushing a wastraightly on the point of the radial dimension of the thumb pad or index and middle finger is called directly pushing manipulation. In operation, the surface of the finger exerting force should attach firmly to the operated area or point. Force should be exercised regularly, but not stickily (Fig. 39).
CLINICAL APPLICATION
This is one of the most common infant handling tuina.the handling is applicable to linear points throughout the body such as kaitianmen, tuitianzhugu, handling is also suitable for regional points, such as pushing and Pitu Feijing. The transaction is primarily between the points of the reduction method. But strengthening or reducing the effect induced by pressure on certain points, are affected by directions to the clinic to be determined by the thrust of the parties and points.
Pushing rotation Manipulation (Xuantuifa)
METHOD OF OPERATION

CLINICAL APPLICATION
The technique has energizing effect and is applicable to points on the fingers, such as strengthening Pitu and Weijing Shenjing (spleen, stomach and kidney meridians).
Separation of manipulation (Fenfa)
METHOD OF OPERATION

CLINICAL APPLICATION

Joining Manipulation (Hera)
METHOD OF OPERATION

CLINICAL APPLICATION

Stifle Manipulation (Qiafa)
METHOD OF OPERATION

Arc-to-Manipulation (Yunfa)
METHOD OF OPERATION

In handling, light and idling is recommended without involving the deep muscle tissue. The frequency is at best 80 to 100 times per minute (Fig. 43).
CLINICAL APPLICATION
The handling is light, mild and moderate in nature and often applied to the operation on some specific points on the hand, such as Yunbagua. It has the effect of promoting qi to activate blood circulation and regulating qi meridian. Cold, fever, indigestion and abdominal distention and borborygrnus are often treated with this manipulation.
Pinch Manipulation (Nief)
METHOD OF OPERATION
Support of the skin with the radial aspect of the thumb, on with the index and middle finger. Then, grab and lift the skin in place with three fingers simultaneously. CLINICAL APPLICATION

Squeezing Manipulation (Jifa)
METHOD OF OPERATION

CLINICAL APPLICATION
The method is suitable for all body parts. The method has the effect of dispersing the wind to ease the outside, diaphoresis to reduce fever and to remove blood stasis to eliminate the mass. Cold, headache, heat of summer, vomiting, nausea, liver stagnation and blood stasis can be treated with this manipulation.
Pounding Manipulation (Daofa)
METHOD OF OPERATION
Handling is done by hitting certain points or areas in rhythm with the tip of the middle finger or the process of the proximal interphalangeal joint flexion index and middle finger. In operation, the wrist is used as the center and the relocation of the strike must be elastic.
CLINICAL APPLICATION
The handling is adequate at all points of the body, particularly those on the palm, spine and back like the beats Xiaotianxin. It has the action to remove the obstructing, expelling pathogenic cold, pain and calming the mind. The manipulation is commonly used to treat seizures, fever, agitation of fear and spasm of members, etc.
Manipulation flicking (TANF)
METHOD OF OPERATION
Handling is done by shaking and hitting the area or points quickly and continuously, with the finger of one or more fingers.
