During our daily activities our muscles build up a lot of tension and toxins which are responsible for this tension affect the chemical balance in the body.  We also have to take note of the fact that tension of the muscles carries its strain on the musculoskeletal system of the human body. Such strain makes us tired, irritable and reduces our productivity. During massage we are relaxed and the muscles of the body are kneaded to dissipate the tension and to return the muscles to a much more relaxed state.
