Cooking: 2500ml water (about 10 bowls). Use strong fire to boil the soup and then use slow fire to cook for 1.5 hours. You could add some salt into it and then it is done. (It can be shared by four people)
 

3. Liver protecting and qi nourishing soup for social intercourse involving staff--- lucid ganoderma and Chinese date soup

 

Suitable crows: people who usually get involved in social intercourse, and drink a lot

 

Functions: Debility of heart and liver, and deficiency of qi

 

Ingredients: 10g of lucid ganoderma, 30g of spina date seed, 6g of Chinese angelica, 12g of white paeony root, 100g of mutton, 9g of ginger and 5 Chinese date.

 

Cooking: pat the ginger into broken. Take 1000ml of water (about 4 bowls) to cook for about 3 hours. Add some salt to into it when you drink. (it can be shared by four persons)

 

 

4. Soup of nourishing brain and promoting eyesight for staff who deal with work via computer--- Chicken soups with Chinese wolfberry and radix notoginseng

Ingredients: 400g of chicken, 200g of lean pork, 25g of the fruit of Chinese wolfberry, 8g of radix notoginseng, and 5g of ginger.

 

Cooking: add 2500ml of water (about 10 bowls). Use strong fire to boil the soup and cook it with slow fire for about 1.5 hours. Add some salt to it. (It can be shared by 3-4 persons)

Ingredients: 100g of green beans, 200g of wax gourd and 20g of lotus seed

 

Cooking: add 1500ml of water (about 6 bowls) and use strong fire to boil it. And then use slow fire to cook it for 1.5 hours and add some salt into it. (it can be shared by 3-4 persons)

 

 

6. Soup for nourishing yin, deficiency fire lowering and whelk removing for those who have whelk on the face--- young pigeon soup with American ginseng, green bean and lily

Ingredients: 12g of American ginseng, 80g of green beans, 50g of lily, 2 young pigeons and 3 pieces of ginger

Ingredients: 1 Argus snakehead fish, 2 apples 100g of lean porks, 3-4 red dates and 3 pieces of ginger

Ingredients: red beans and Coixseed each for 10 grams

 

Cooking: add 400ml of water (about 1 and a half bowls of water) and cook for 15 minutes. Add some rock sugar into it. (it can be shared by one person)
