Acupuncture is an ancient art that is practiced over 3000 years. It focuses on the body as a whole, and focuses not only on the symptoms and the cause of the disease.

The body of the path where the flow of energy called a meridian. The body constantly strives to maintain a proper balance of vital energy, or Qi. When Qi is abundant and freely circulating throughout the body, is the health and freer life. The disease occurs when blocking or imbalance of Qi in the meridians.

Acupuncture helps to correct these imbalances by inserting tiny hair thin needles into specific points on the body called acupuncture points. Stimulation of acupuncture points can influence the energy meridians that correcting the imbalance or illness and help reduce pain and heal the area of health.
