They will say that the benefits from this practice. It seems that many unwanted side effects of treatment reported to the inexperienced practitioner.

Despite reports of infections caused by contaminated needles, broken or "forgotten" the needle and the internal organs to be punctured, in general, acupuncturists have a very good safety record.

When you insert needles, some people feel, Sting, prick with a pin, while others say they feel a dull pain around the site of needle.

Another common side effect is a sense of disorientation, or deep relaxation after treatment of early years. Apparently, these Fade in a day or two. Some reports of serious reactions to localized skin reactions, dizziness, nausea, sweating, or loss of consciousness, have been reported.

Many say that the symptoms increased after a few days or new symptoms surface, it seems normal and is the only evidence that acupuncture is only the beginning of work.

Again, it seems that they lasted for a short period, have been relaxed, and without any interference. Reports of hepatitis B using inadequately sterilized needles are rare.

Although acupuncture seems safe medical procedure, there are risks, but they are extremely rare.

They include fainting, bruising, bleeding, muscle cramps, punctured lung, nerve damage and accidental injury to internal organs. It should be noted, however, that in general the positive side effects are more than twice as likely as negative.

Positive side effects, which are most often included a quiet, pleasant fatigue, alertness, euphoria and improve sleep.

Some patients are so relaxed, so as a precaution against driving a car within 30 to 60 minutes is recommended, especially after the initial treatment of acupuncture.

To reduce the risk of adverse side acupuncture, choose an experienced practitioner and trained. If possible, talk with patients in the practitioner you choose and learn about side effects. This will give you an idea of the risks.

The best method is to use disposable needles, but if the acupuncturist does not use this practice, make sure that the proper sterilization of needles on the ground.

Studies show that adverse side effects of acupuncture may be mainly due to poor hygiene and lack of training, but too much confidence in the practitioner also plays a role.
