Changes in diet and lifestyle may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cancer. Dietary and lifestyle factors may be an important factor in the survival of colorectal cancer survivors. Unfortunately, it is difficult to carry out a randomized controlled study of this aspect, and it is difficult to control the lifestyle factors, and the need to extend the duration of follow-up. High calcium and vitamin D intake is currently known to be associated with low incidence of colorectal cancer, but the effect of the high calcium and vitamin on the survival of patients with colorectal cancer is still not clear.
