Respiratory tract infection or other infections, gastric ulcer, gastric polyp and gastric surgery for removal of incentives. The disease of rapid onset main clinical manifestations were chills, fever, upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, occasional purulent vomit.

The disease, once diagnosed, should be given urgent surgery, and with large doses of antibiotics, infection control, to correct shock and maintain water and electrolyte balance.
