Prevention of Sinusitis
* Reduce exposure to allergens.

* Sleep with the head of the bed elevated. This promotes sinus drainage.
* Use decongestants with caution.
* Avoid air pollutants (such as smoke) that irritate the nose.

* Minimize exposure to persons suffering from respiratory infection.
